A dynamic social life
Outside of work, we enjoy each other’s company on walks, runs, hikes, nights on the town, and trips out of town. And of course we sometimes take a dip in the lagoon after closing.
Blue Lagoon has an exceptionally good work atmosphere. We make a point of being there for each other, and exchange shifts when the need arises.
Every single day, we create memories for our visitors from all over the world to take home.
We care about the wellbeing of all Blue Lagoon visitors and do our utmost to ensure their safety. We care about our staff and endeavour to create a safe workplace for them.
We bring joy and positive experiences to Blue Lagoon visitors, but also to each other. We have fun together both at work and outside it.
